A Credit Cards is a small plastic card issued to the users as an alternate system of payment. A person uses the credit card in place of cash to purchase goods or services with the condition of making the payment later as fixed by the credit system. This card is a small plastic card which is issued by banks. Credit cards are issued after an account has been approved, after which one can use the card at places where the cards are accepted.

Every bank has its own predefined amount in the card. Credit cards gives you the freedom from carrying cash which is a huge risk always. (Eg: If you want to buy a Laptop using your credit card, you need to give your card to the cash counter, who further verify your card with the help of a swiping machine and as the card is verified you can make the purchase.) To keep a good credit score it is important that you keep making your payments in the due time. It is a huge responsibility as excess usage and non clearance of credit bills may damage your credit rating and result in credit problems.

It plays a very important role because banks and credit card companies use credit scores to evaluate the potential risk posed by lending money to consumers and thus keep away from bad debt. People who have good credit history, also get benefited for example they can save huge amount of interest charges by getting low interest bad credit mortgage loans and much more. One has to take care of the card as if fallen in wrong hands; one can loose lot of money. The pin of the credit card should never be disclosed. In case of losing the card, notify the bank so that proper action is taken.
